This is a really nice, well-produced, short video that gives an overview of Common Core ELA. If you have an extra fourteen minutues, check it out.

Thank you for this. It gave me a way to understand the common core. I teach at an independent school & we do no testing, but do use the NCTE standards as a resource. This would be an interesting discussion for us.
