Belly Laughs

SOLS Challenge Day 9

Our kids have always made us laugh.  When they were little, they would make us laugh with their mispronunciation and/or misuse of words.  Chee-cane for keychain, or foretop instead of forehead.

These days,  I marvel at their quick wits and dry senses of humor.  (I'd like to take credit for this, but they really must have gotten those genes from their dad.) We are blessed to have at least one belly laugh a day around our house.

They know I enjoy word play, so they alert me whenever there is an interesting comic strip delivered to their in-box.  Pearls Before Swine seems to have a couple laugh-out-loud strips a month.  Check this one out.
